Coolant leak

I noticed a small coolant leak under my car today. I still have warranty so I'm going to take in to BMW. Should I take my JB4 out? Or just clear the codes and put it in map 1? I don't see it having any retaliation to the JB4. What do you guys think?

I hope you meant ZERO (not 1). Although, it is always recommended that you remove the JB4 for any service involving engine problems

It's definitely not that as I know the difference between the two.
