Yeah! I was pretty shocked when I opened the LA Times Real Estate section today and saw a picture of a Montego Blue E92 328i! You have your choice... BMW 3-series, Ford F-150, or a Harley.

Great incentive for those in the Inland Empire!!!

None offered anywhere else

I have been to all those model homes before, however the areas arent so great i think. But the homes in gavilan springs are sweet but it definatley seems more like a place to retire being its in the middle of nowhere imo.

Huge homes and lots! 500-600k... though the area is suffering a severe home slump.

Yeah, if they did this for new homes in Irvine, I might actually see what kind of loan I could qualify for. But Gavilan Springs? WTF is that?

I guess you could potentially work in Irvine still but you'd be commuting about 2 hours a day in good flowing traffic.

Another thing I hate about living inland like that is the unbearable Summers.

I almost relocated there. My old client, CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), wanted me back, but as an FTE. They are located at the Koll Center, so I was looking to relocate the family to OC. I know the area very well... went to UCI. My family used to own a condo in the Woodbridge area.

you guys know that the cost of the car is being taken into account and added to the price of the houses for sale, right?? no one just gives you a $30K+ car when you buy $500K house.
