For those who is planning to do this DIY, I suggest you do 2 -3 pieces per day. This will give you hands and brain a rest and not to rush it, cuz rushing will end up sloppy

what do you mean by "clean the trims"? just like wipe them down?

You should clean the surface with alcohol.

you wanna make sure the surface clean so when you put the fabric on, you will get a smooth finishing.
