lolwut? Dude, we have the smoothest highways in the city if you don't take Cross Bronx into consideration (with all the traffic it cannot be called a highway).
And Bronx has the most highways too. I have 3 within 3 miles of my house. Brooklyn? You're lucky if you're within 5 minutes of Belt or BQE. Queens? BQE, LIE a always-still Van Wyck?

I'm not even talking about 3 free bridges into Manhattan. Queens or Brooklyn you only have a $6 tunnel or a free bridge with potholes size of a Yugo (lower level of Queens-bound Queensboro bridge?)
