Vanguard with resonators

Hi all,

I'm currently running AR Catless DP's with Vanguard Exhaust.

It's a bit too loud for my taste especially at WOT.

Could i add another set of resonators. Currently there are 2, so adding 2 more will make it 4 resonators total.

Has anyone done this before?

Honestly resonators wont do much for overall sound, mostly rasp.
Id change exhausts, heard the vanguard with downpipes, too loud and raspy too. IMO stock catback sounds better.

Hey, man, where in the city are you? I have a Vanguard and about to order VRSF DPs, would like to hear the sound if you do not mind to meet up.

i agree. i had eisenmann race before and it was unbearable. Vanguard was much quieter but now this is becoming too loud.. lol

I tried to have high flow cats added to my Vanguard a long time ago and the shop said they couldn't find any room for them. I never pushed them too hard to make it happen though.

I think additional resonators would really clean up the sound.

can the vanguard resonators be removed and switched for high flow cats or some better resonators?

its probably because they were going out of business and just wanted to push some products...they didnt care if they were selling junk because they were going under anyway.

Would I be able to cut the vanguard resonators out and put better ones? Or high flow cats?

what about doing(if possible/worth it)a X pipe? Is that something worth doing?

I told you Xpipe and add some resonators...the H-pipe is made loud bro

You can also source an e90 x-pipe (more of a x-resonator if that makes sense) it would help more than an x-pipe itself. good luck!
