Increased lag with progman updates

Anyone local on LI deal with the increased lag from v29.2 and up progman updates? My car is being reprogrammed at Rallye due to some faulty module that was causing my battery to drain. When I asked them about the update and Bmw's reported response to the complaints. They told me they have never seen this problem and that I probably knew more about it than them. Anyone deal with this already and know another dealership that is more responsive or knowledgable about this issue?

not an expert, but DO NOT LET THEM PUT 29.2 in your car.
...i have it in my car and it sucks. this is especially true if you have the original v80 ecu.

software 30.x is better than 29.x, and 31.x is supposed to be the least lag of all these three..... but these will definitely give you increased lag if you are currently pre 29.2

if you can, wait till jan when BMW comes out with their new 32.x software
ACCORDING TO BMW THIS IS SUPOSED TO FIX THE LAG PROBLEMS.

all this info is in the sticky: Have you .....BMW and lag....
check it out, but i am warning you, that thread is like 300 pages

good luck, hope this helps
