Superbowl Picks

I know it's early, but I just got back from Vegas putting a 9/1 bet that the Packers will win it all I grew up a fan, and this year I think they have a good shot.

Who are your guys' picks? I was worrying about the Saints being the NFC team to beat again, but I see Bush is out for at least 6 weeks now.

Every time I am in vegas I put a bet for the Giants to win the NFC Champ and the Superbowl. In the last 6 years I have done it every year except for the one time they won. Murphy's Law at its best.

i did place a couple bets on the superbowl... I bet the line, an adjusted line, and the straight bet. Obviously, I won them all. I was laughed at the whole week leading up to the game after I placed the bets. Honestly, they were not the safest bets to make. But hey, that's what makes gambling entertaining.

Bush missed 5 or 6 weeks last season.

Not gonna lie, Texans look amazing this year. Lynchpin is certainly going to be Matt Schaub. Guy throws 55 passes a game, he better stay healthy.

I have no idea where Foster came from but as long as him, Schaub and Johnson stay healthy then they have a chance... and their defense will just get better when Cushing comes back.

I would love it. But I'm holding my breath as each game passes.

Anyone that watched the game against the Colts saw how difficult a time Peyton had hearing because of the crowd noise. Times that by 10 for Dallas this weekend. Romo is going to get rattled.

Tennessee I believe. Look up his stats in college, pretty amazing.

Texans

(Although my Bucs are 2-0 and tied with the Saints for the division )

Wouldn't surprise me! The Moss factor is going to help them more than the clueless Bears fans realize. The Bears will finish 3rd in that division...if not 4th.

Da Patriots. The offense will recover quickly from the departure of Moss and the defense will improve over time. It's not going to be pretty but the Patriots over the Saints.

It looks like this year the AFC has a loy of good teams and the NFC is thin. The Packers have no running offense and its defense will have to be superhuman to allow the offense to put enough points to win it.

Lions are going to run the table with Stanton at the helm. 11-5 and they'll probably beat everyone they play in the playoffs by at least 50.
