They are pretty similar and the galves market ready price on both is about 24.5k and trade-in is 23k. I really like the option combination of the gray one but i dont know how to start offering for it. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

imo they seem pretty high. i was offered 30K for a 2007 e92 335i with 19K miles on it (premium+coldweather+ new 19inch rims). although it wasn't CPOed it was from a dealer so it was pretty clean. personally I don't think CPO is worth the extra few thousand but that is just me

yea thats just the asking price from the dealers listed. im wondering whats a fair price of what my first offer should be.
