I bought this black grille and am not happy

So I bought this black grille without noticing it looked like this and was wondering what you guys think of it. It doesn't sit flush and I can't believe I missed this when ordering....

http://www.ecstuning.com/Search/E92_...ille/ES518034/

this is what I really want it to look like (see picture below)

Opinions please

Those are the 6 series style grilles for the e92. Go to the vendor section and just find someone selling e92 black kidney grilles. I reccomend jgmods!

I hate the 6 series style grill, I don't even like it on the 6 itself. It just looks so awkward to me. I think you should return it or just paint your current chrome ones black!

Isn't that why the website has pictures, so you know what you're paying for...

I did the same thing, ended up throwing them away painting my oem grills.

I think they look like crap.

Yeah I’m going to look at the DIY and go get some plasti dip, do they make gloss and matter?

I came from an e90 so that may be a reason why I didn’t notice this before I bought

Well since I can still get a refund I’m going to return them but how did you paint yours with plasti dip or spray?

This is what they look like on my car :////

I primed and painted. I may end up redoing them in plasti-dip only because the paint keeps chipping off because of rocks. A friend plasti-diped his grills on his 6-series and they last and look good.
