Assuming no issues (and we don't expect any given how many in-house trials we have run), the rest can ship immediately.

If this is a problem for you, please cancel your order (send a PM to Calvin@Vishnu). Seriously, we're doing everything we can to make sure this upgrade goes smoothly for all PROcede users. Yes, the release got held by a 3-4 day manufacturing delay which, in turn, snowballed into nearly 2 weeks. It wasn't expected but we're doing what we can to roll with the punches.

Please update your website to be honest about v2 shipping schedules... because right now, it says "v2 upgrade kits start shipping on Sept 10th. "

At least mention that the product is currently backordered, with an estimated ship date if someone were to order v2 upgrade TODAY. I had someone local tell me "I ordered my v2 upgrade today, with next day shipping so that I can have it for the weekend"... he was pretty pissed when I broke the news to him that he was on the tail end of a GIANT waiting list.

i take it people don't realize that no matter how much they bitch or moan its not gonna make a difference. It will ship when it ships, you don't like it? get a refund.

Besides i'll have a great time reading how the first batch can't figure out the install process. in the mean time.

Shiv - You still have many happy customers. Don't let posts like this speak for all of us. Some consumers want instant gratification, others can be patient. I have not been charged a dime yet, and I am happy to be on the list.

Everyone - with the US Dollar going down the toilet in terms of purchasing power, I am sure Shiv has enough motivation to get them out the door so he can exchange his federal reserve notes for something useful as soon as possible. For all those outside the US, Procedes and V2 upgrades are getting cheaper daily for you.

This seems like a simple management issue. If Vishnu could hire a competent intern that could devote a few hours each day to handling the communication demands, that would probably keep most customers happy. Shiv is a brilliant engineer that develops wonderful products. The intern could check with Shiv every AM to see what is going on and keep all interested parties posted as to current developments. S/he might be smart enough to handle the online stuff as well as Shiv with only a modicum of oversight. With a business as big and successful as Vishnu, it makes good sense to hire enough warm bodies to cover the bases and let everyone do what they are trained to do well. And let Shiv do more of what he enjoys doing.

Sure will you be giving me a full refund for V1.47 and V2? since i only bought it b/c of V2.... I didnt think so! so

can we tell what number we are by the order number if so then we can estimate the time frame for us to recieve it once you start sending the units out.
