(WARNING) Dont buy from Riss Racing!

I recently purchased ram air scoops for my e90 from Riss Racing and was never given the product. I called Riss Racing and complained and was told a new set would be sent out but never was. I was given a tracking number and called FedEx. They told me that they were never given the product and that i had most likely been scammed. Riss racing will not answer my phone calls nor will they call me back when I leave a message. I'm writing this so that no one falls into the same trap I did.

^ did you sign up just to post this? i've had a very good experience w/ RR..i'm sorry to hear you haven't, i would try again, they're really busy over there & that's not an excuse but they'll get you your scoops..

no way something like that happened to me with them but they were making a newer version of the downpipes so everything worked out fine

They have just been busy getting stuff togther thats all...i spoke to them yesterday "Adam@rissracing" and this was the pm that was left...

dispute the charge with your credit card company. You have every right to do that if you never recieved the goods. You did pay with your credit card right?
