i just need to rant, and also wanted to protect my fellow e90post members from highline detailing. so as some of you might know I recently picked up a GT-R and the previous owner put it through machine washes like it was no body else's business so the car had crazy amount of swirls on it...so I bring it in....wanted the "STEP 3" detail that costs $250, I pick up the car 2 days later, and the car looks like SHIT mad holograms and swirls from them just putting the PC on it ONTOP OF EVERYTHING ELSE i see a dent on my driver side door. some of you that know how i am with my car, i notice every little imperfection on it this guy says i already had the dent there but im blaming them for it. long story short he goes bring the car back to me next week and ill detail it personally and get the dent out for you...being the dumbass that I am i bring the car back to him, leave it for another two days and surely he removed the dent for me.....but fucked up the detail job once again...at this point i just wanted to give up and paid him the money and brought the car back home....next day i take the car out of my garage, and the sun hitting my car, i notice that the swirls and holograms have gotten worst, i dont even bother bring the car back to highline just went straight to BIG A and he came through for me and now the car finally looks the way it should.

This isnt the end of the story, some time back I had my wifeys 535 @ highline, they put the same exact dent on her door, they said there is no way they put the dent there, when we had JUST picked up the car from Rallye after service, and we had both inspected the car 100% for any dents or scratches cause stealerships are infamous for it. we both get furious and just leave, brought it to Martino for the dent removal.

and the story gets better, apparently this guy @ highline is going around saying we blamed him for both dents and HE HAD TO PAY FOR BOTH DENTS when I still to this day have the receipt from Martino, and how ignorant I am with cars and etcetc....

so not only did he fuck up a job that he was paid for...hes accusing me of being a liar and bad mouthing me...

I've used them for about 5 years....for just hand washes....and i admit its a quick wash for cheap....and I hear they do good tint jobs....but will i ever go back to a guy who runs his business that way? HELL FUCKING NO....if you ever wanna detail your car please for your sake do not even consider Highline.

hmm i've been thru highline for car washes multiple times and they've always done a good job...do you know how they put the dent on the car? the only way i can thnk of is if they banged into it with the leaf blower that they use to get the excess water out of the cracks and mirrors.

either that or the door of another car, those are the only possibilities i can think of

Wow this is the first Ive seen of it...when you came to the shop wednesday your car looked perfect! Even one of the guys there said your car looked flawless.

Andrew is the man. He took the swirls out of Mels car and made it look like new, I dont have enough good things to say about him!
