I know the exact place. Is kinda hidden. I gathered you didn't see it on the way there to White's Ferry or you came from White's Ferry. I believed after that it should be another speed camera approximately 2 miles after that.

We were coming from Summit Point, went thru VA, and then crossed
the river via the ferry. A fun day!
We were coming home, tired and not paying attention to such nuisances.

SP has speed cameras too on the road that leads directly to the entrance. those arent hidden at all though, you can spot those a mile away
