What I enjoy about this forum is that guys come on here to share stories, DIY, experiences, news, pics of there cars, upcoming meets, updates on a project and other stuff like selling there spare parts. Pretty much what a blog or forum is suppose to be.

Then you have in my opinion people (don't want to be explicit) who love to stir shit up and create uproars and the back and fourths. Like our fellow BMW owner for no reason, none what so ever. The initial PURPOSE so you have it crystal clear, was for INFORMATION on an article that I found relative to the group and thought to share. That was it! I wasn't crying or bitching or any other stupid comment you can come up with. The last ticket I got for a red light was well over 5 years ago, and it was a right hand turn. I thought to be relative considering that we all love cars and some of us drive all over the place and this has been in the news recently etc...

JUST INFORMATION not a CRYING OR BITCHING session.

I just heard this in the case of a no turn on red camera ticket:

Guy took it to the court and explained the judge he remembered the day well; he was sitting at the light, and heard an emergency vehicle coming up behind him. After ensuring the intersection was clear and turning was safe, he made his move; to safely give emergency vehicles a clear way to cross the intersection. That's when the pic was probably taken.
Why was there no ambulance in the pic?
Not sure. May have turned before reaching the intersection?

I can't see that going any way but thrown out.

not everyone who gets this ticket runs redlights.... I got one for not making a complete stop while turning right. Even though there were no cars on the road. I slowed down almost to a stop but it wasn't enough


My word of advice, don't F*ck around, pay the 150 and be done w/ it. Don't wait and let them send it to traffic court you just wasting time and money. I did and I ended up paying 270 all because i beleived the rumor about it being dropped or it going to collections.
