Make sure you seated all plugs. Also post with model, year your car is and what is the type of radio, this will help others trying to figure it out.
There are so many types and combinations; it's not even funny.

2008 328XI Professional RadioThis is from my downloaded Dealer Spec sheet
S645A BMW US Radio
S663A Radio BMW Professional
S676A HiFi speaker system

There is only one multi plug on the back with 2 fiber optic plugs 1 is lit the other is not, also noticed under the dash I removed to see if I unplugged anything there by pulling radio out, on the left upper corner of the cover I removed that and it has a plug there that has fiber also, and also 1 lit 1 not and I know they should both be lit, I ordered a fiber optic loop cable today to test if the module crapped out maybe I shorted it pulling the radio?

Suggest getting a used one on Ebay and getting it programmed
for the options in your car. (Hi Fi , bluetooth phone an usb if you have it)
You didn't pull hard on any of the harnesses and used the lever
on the main connector to release it? I hope!

Since the Radio is the server for the Most Bus I don't see how
buying a most bus jumper will help.

okay got the Most bus jumper, I found in the trunk under the middle mat 2 Modules used the jumper on the top one, still no ding or radio screen, tried the one under that one still no go, there is something on the left but I do not see fiber connected to anything, so next question, is there a module under the Dash area? and I did pull on the harness to get my hand on the lever then I pried the lever to release the connector the radio works blue tooth for phone also but no screen and still seat belt warning does not chime

If the LCD screen on the radio is dead that should be the first thing you try
to fix. No sense in looking at modules in the back of the car when
the basic radio functions don't work.

Did you make sure all the cables where well seated when you put it back in?

yes all seated, just went outside and shined light thru cables the green side not shielded in black no light from the MOST port to the radio, did same from trunk modules no light on green side from anywhere I shine the light, bad cable? also inside radio you can see the 2 fiber connectors one has light the other doesn't is there a junction box with connector somewhere?

Also the LCD screen was working fine until I pulled the Radio out, not even a letter missing

You may have drained your battery working on the car this
can cause the IBS system to shut stuff down as the car stays
awake when the doors and trunk are open or cell phone is paired.

Other wise you need some way of verifying the radio.

Since the fiberoptic loop connector contains both a source and return
I believe you will only see one side lighted at a time if the loop is broken(meaning dissconnected or broken)
