Whos car is this? im trying to buy it in San Jose

Hey guys my names John, Ive been with the Audi croud for almost 10 years now, and now i just want to have a BMW. please help me find the owner of this BMW it was a trade in for an M3 at stevens creek BMW in san jose. i have a couple of questions.

any help or insight on a 335i coupe would help. im coming from the b5 S4 world as well as the 2.0T world.

main issue IMO for the 335i is the fuel pump but BMW has a 100k/10year warranty on the fuel pump. g'luck.
