About to order an E92... couple q's about navi, ipod and stuffff
Hey i'm about to place an order for a 335 coupe and have a couple questions. I know that iPod integration and RTTI are comming later on to the coupes, as they are debuting in the convertibles for the 3 series range. can i add the new ipod integration and RTTI to my car later on, or do i have to wait until these options make production on the coupes and add them then?
Thanks. |

The Ipod integration is available now as a dealer installed option.
It's called the Ipod MOST adapter. And Rtti is also available now. Not in Canada but it is in the US |

RTTI comes standard with Navi, not something separate.

It is available now as a dealer installed option.
As of March it will be incorporated from the company directly. Meaning it will be an option you can get when you order your car. Where as now you need to go to the parts department order the Ipod Most Adapter and then have it installed by the dealer which will run you about 500$ installed whereas as of March i think the option from Bmw will be about 300$ and your car will come with it directly. |

I ordered my 335 recently and I'm not taking delivery until June b/c of delays in my area. They should be able to add the Ipod factory install with no problems right? Also, does the current option and/or the factory option allow you to see songs and title on the Navigation screen? My current cd player basically acts as my ipod while my ipod sits in the glove compartment. I'm hoping these options are that effective. Thanks.

But i personally bought it on ebay for about 150$ less then what the dealer was asking. And when my car comes in next week the dealer will be installing it for me prior to delivery of the vehicule. |
