What is the point for this size / m-sport cars run 255 or 265 rear tyres. Et 35 that's not aggressive too so why 215/225

Are wanting the "stretched" look with this setup ? It reads like that'll be the case.

Personally, I think a 215/225 wide [c/w the low profile tyres you quote] on a 8.5"/9.5" wide rims maybe too much "stretch".

Perhaps put the existing 225/35 on the 8.5" fronts and consider 255 or 265 c/w 35 or 30profile tyres on to your 9.5" rears.

im running the same widths at 235/35 and 265/30 mate

215 and 225 rear is hella stretch lol! 245 rear would be better to still give the stretch look but maintain the grip for that rear end!

Offsets on the E90 are ET34 front,ET37 rear,that's for the 18" MV3.

ET35 on a 19" will be fine all round on a E90

The 225/35/19 tyres need to go on the front wheels, and you need to replace the rears with a 265/30/19.

If I were you I'd confirm the wheels will fit (the BMW) if they're from a non BMW? What model / make did they come from? The bore, PCD, etc could all be wrong.

And those tyres would look stretched irrespective of the car they came from as it'll be the wheel width that won't change.

the wheels are for a bmw, someones used an adapter to put them on a vw, and the vw crew love stretchy tyres.

think i'm going to leave them as the price of new tyres etc takes them above a set of csl reps so i'll probably look out for a set of those
