FS/FT: E90 Headlights - Xenon Converted *ERRORLESS* (So. Cal)
Please read this thread carefully For Sale: US Spec Xenon Converted E90 Headlights. PRICE: $650 Local Picked Up in Orange County Also, willing to trade for an E92 coilover setup. PM to discuss. You will need to purchase the E90 MTec kit here: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/JAPAN...ht_5309wt_1167 This kit comes with a relay harness that ensures that the kit/headlights work with all E90's. These headlight housings are pure plug and play. All necessary wiring is done inside the headlight housings. No resistors, no error cancelers needed. Just buy the above kit and you are good to go. See pictures to confirm no errors at all. Pictures: Thank you so much for looking! Last edited by shaizada; 12-10-2010 at 03:04 PM.. |

Hey guys. There is absolutely NO moisture problems in these. They will accept any H7 bulb.
The reason for the mtec kit is that it comes with the cable relay harness which ensures there are no errors. If you can get some other h7 kit with an E90 no error relay harness, that would work as well. The working pics above are with the mtec kit I linked. I could ship if there isn't any local interest. It would just be perfect if a local buyer is interested so they can see the headlights in person before they take them. Regardless, if I do end up shipping, it will be the actual shipping charge to wherever you are. No BS shipping charges as I hate that when I'm buying stuff Thanks guys!!! Hope that helps. |

I could get these instead of LCI Halogens...Lol. Same price. I got my HID H7 bulbs to work with no errors, just a little DIY. Only down side is that I won't be able to make the purchase till next friday, and will have to ship to TX. Lemme know if you sell 'em though.

Another thing, I never liked it when normal Halogen housings were fitted with HIDs. They blind oncoming traffic really badly and is very dangerous for them. It's always best to retrofit Xenons in a proper projector so that the lighting is even and the cutoff is sharp. Just a common courtesy towards others on the road and my thoughts on the matter. Sent you a PM since you are first in line sir.
You would be next in line. Locals would STILL be given first priority at price listed above. However, once I have gotten funds from out of state guys, the item would be considered sold. Thanks to all of you gentleman for making this a great selling experience! |

hi, just a bump/question. above you were saying how its best to get xenons retrofitted with the hid's to make it sharp/cutoff so it doesnt blind on-coming traffic. would you need just a error canceling hid kit and converted xenon headlights or what? if the makes since idk but thanks

The sharp cutoff comes from the actual Xenon projector lens. So, yes, the proper projector is needed for a sharp cutoff. You need just two things, a proper error canceling HID kit (as linked above) and proper Xenon converted headlights (as I am selling).
Hope that helped JL. PM if you have any questions whether you are buying these headlights or not. I would be happy to help to the best of my knowledge |
