Feedback on 09 328i...?

Hello everyone,

I'm considering purchasing a 09 328i with navigation IDrive, premium & cold weather package, Xenon's, 17" V spoke wheels w/ 66k miles. The vehicle is automatic steptronic, white w/ tan interior. The non BMW dealer is asking 23,900. Is this a good/descent deal? I havent tried hagling him down yet. Is there anything I should re-consider? While i am looking for an 09, i was hoping to get mileage closer to 40-50k within the same price range. I am not too familiar with bimmer's. I am not sure if I can post a link to the site, so I won't. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Way too much for a car with 66k. What dealership is this at?

I got my car CPO for $27K with 15K miles and it's a 2010 from a dealer. I think that's too much for a 66K miles car, but I do not have the navi, i only have the sports package.

I don't recall the name of the dealership, but it's located in NJ. I also felt it was pretty high. Thanks for the feedback.

check dzmotors.com for comparison they always seem to have some deals on a bmw...save the cpo costs and put it in your fix it bank.
