If I missed it sorry, but where do those spacers go on the rear? I am planning to install mine tomorrow. Do I need that spacer if I do not plan to go low? And where were you as far as thread counts approximately in those pictures? Thank you!!!!

They are great coilovers, I switched to Ohlins but have no complaints about bc...love How easy they adjust.

Anybody experience this. I have bc br's on and the driver side sits noticeably lower than the passenger side front and rear bout an inch or so. In the front, both are dropped all the way down. On the passenger side camber has no effect. I've adjusted the strut out and in and still has no effect on the camber. When i had the front end jacked up It's noticeable that the passenger side is further out towards the fender. It's real frustrating. I'm beginning to suspect the car itself as the problem. And no this car hasn't been into any accidents. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Cheaper isn't necessarily worse. A mustang GT is 1/2 the price of an m3 but is just as fast around a track...

BC BR coilovers are good enough for owners to win NASA nationals with them....so I'm sure they're more than fine for street driven BMW's that hardly get pushed to their limit.

AMEN

Don't get how some people think you need to pay top dollar to get quality parts for your cars...that couldn't be further from the truth. Do your research and you'll find that certain parts costing less are oftentimes almost or just as good as those costing much more. Notice I said 'certain'...can see people flaming all over that comment had I left 'certain' out.

I didn't realise the Mustang GT was built in Taiwan!

I agree, cheaper doesn't necessarily mean a poor quality product, but in the case of BC compared to KW it does. The common misconception is you need to be using a car on track to take advantage of good quality suspension. This couldn't be further from the truth. The street is where the imperfections and bumps are, and where the suspension will be required to give the best ride and handling compromise. Something like the KW V3 will give a decent ride and the damper will also be controlling the suspension as it should as well. BC BR may give a nice ride, but the reason for that is because the damping is very soft and poor quality. if you start pushing the damper, it just won't be controlling the suspension/car properly.

As for internal material quality, this is very poor, and these cheap suspensions will not last and will wear out very quickly.

I just read through the whole thread, very informative. However, I was curious if anyone on here has any experience with the "extreme drop" option. Even though I don't mind paying an extra $75 for it. Also, do you guys think the Swift Springs option is worth it on BC Coilovers? or should I just save the extra $365 and invest in some KW Coilovers?

Compared to BC's, a completely different league.

Ohlins will absolutely transform the car and make it a pleasure to drive on all types of roads and conditions.
