Yup. They ride much better. They don't handle as good as coilovers, but I dont go around turns at 50 miles over the speedlimit, so who cares.

I did not do the install, but the directions indicated to cut the stock bumpstops. Thats what the shop did, measured and cut the stop bump stops.

I'm running this setup as well. been running it for over a year without issues. I love the stock-like look but with reduced wheel gap. Ride quality is like stock sport suspension but without the loud violent crashing over bumps in the road. I have some pics on my laptop I can put up later.

MakkkD, you are correct. Since the front struts from a 335i are NOT compatible with a 335i xdrive car, the Eibach Pro-System Kit will not be 100% compatible. The Eibach Pro Kit (which soley consists of springs) will fit our xdrive vehicles, but you will have to look into Bilsteins or Koni Yellow Adjustables for shock/strut replacement.

The springs and shocks do not fit the xDrive as a system. People have used the Eibach springs on their xi's even though they are for RWD cars but the shocks will not fit.

Totally understand, it's one of the main reasons I've held off on doing any suspension mods to my XDrive. I know there are members on here that have run both types of shocks/struts with the Pro-Kit and have had good results, however. Needless to say, I'm waiting for a few more long term reviews before I take the plunge .
