Have you considered a Vette? The coupe comes as a targa, so the roof comes off and stows in the trunk when you want to go topless. You don't have the open air behind you, but it might be enough "vert action" for you without making you drive something soft or too expensive. It only applies to the regular C6 and the Grand Sport.
