Samsung F480 tocco bluetooth problem

I ahve a samsung f480 I can link it to bluetooth on E90 bmw 3 series but cannot get contacts to sync. Can someone please help with setting on phone/car thanks

Your phone may just not be compatible with the BMW bluetooth system. My Blackberry 8330 syncs perfectly well with my 2006 BMW 330i ZPP bluetooth system. You can always get a new phone in the worst case scenario.

spoke to samsung today apparently mine is faulty have static through speaker as well so will try out with a new phone on the weekend

Replaced the handset no joy.
Had some problems with idrive system - not booting slow, random radio station changes. Anyway to cut a long story short - car was reprogrammed with latest software tocco now works perfectly with address book instantly updated and displayed
