BMW of Sterling in Northern VA

This is my 2nd BMW in two years. I have dealt with Felix Bighem, he is very knowledgeable about the products and deals fairly. I would recommed seeing him if you wish to buy at this dealership. You may get extra attention if you mention my name.

I recently put in an order at Sterling with Mohammed (sp). Also a great contact at the dealership. I still have yet to take delivery of my car, but soon enough... :rocks:

I also see your taking delivery in October... When did you place your order? I was told last week in September for my E90 325i...

Aabid and BAvarian19, I couldn't agree more with you! The people at BMW of Sterling were great! I really liked Mohammad! He is suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper and when I get my car I will send BMW HQ a nice letter about him! My expected delivery date is Sep 12th. I hope you will be getting yours very soon! I can't wait

I've got both of my BMWs from Felix as well (E46 in 2003 and E90 in 2005). Great guy!

I got my 330 from Felix, he was VERY attentive and welcomed me to the BMW family. Very positive experience with the sales folk, but the lease/finance lady was a real B* and if i didn't watch the numbers on my pre-arranged lease, I would have ended up paying more than the agreed upon #s.

Im going to add to this...

I have had a month this month when it comes to my E90. My car was in for service three times in one week. 1st was a scheduled maintenence, 2nd and 3rd were for flat tires (2 different tires on different occasions).

My most recent flat tire was a puncture in the rear tire from a nail. The nail was in the center of the tread, and with the 162's, the rear tires are on national backorder. I had not even driven 4 miles on the tires with them deflated because it actually happened really close to the dealership.

Jim Eddy, who is my service advisor, has taken good care of me. He understands the bad luck that I have had recently with tires. While I understand there is not much about getting a patch done, I was not charged for it. I have to say that BMW of Sterling, and Jim Eddy imparticular, have helped to make better of my recent bad luck...

If you are buying at BMW of Sterling then Mohammad is your man. If you have service issues then Jim Eddie is your man. They are both very good.

Its funny you say Mohammad... While I would agree, I had an interesting purchasing experience... I was working with Mahdi Bolourian on my order... I got to a point with my old vehicle that I just needed to order and get it over with. Mahdi was actually on vacation that week, so Mohammad sat down with me to place the order. So I ended up working with two sales reps on my purchase, but both were more than accomodating...
