doesnt a 320i use a different intake system?

Ey thats no problem. The fans not the problem, it's just the fitment issue with the OEM vent scoop. Also the intake sits on top of the water valve.

simota is significantly cheaper and it seems like a good buy but i hope i dont run into fittement problems cuz it is a bimmer and i dont want it to look ghetto

ok on a dyno u get no actual flow for the intake to make a difference but 12hp usually means crank horsepower so by the time it gets to the pavement it more like 7 or 8. it wont make a huge difference but a little bit. not ne thing noticable tho. anyone who says their car feels faster cuz their intake is douchbag

if it says for a 330i then it'll work for a 328... thats what mine was and it fits PERFECTLY (and sounds amazing too!)

12 to the crank sounds close but I'd be amazed if it puts 12hp to the pavement

I agree with nick!
If your engine is in good condition you will get about 10-12 If it is in bad condition you will get about 7-8 But it depends on how big your engine is. I talked with simota and he said mine 2.0 will get about 10 hp out of it, if my engine is in good condition, if its bad he said i will get about 7 hp |
