not too bad...have you checked it out in person yet?
check the subframe and cloth top and see when waterpump/thermstat was last changed. these are all common issues with e36 M3s verts

The car was not in good shape cosmetically but I have already fixed almost all of that. in aftermarket alone my car has over $20k in it before I bought it. I wouldnt give him over 11k for that car.
