Pin 13: enough juice to turn on MS-8 without a relay?

As the title asks. Can I tap pin 13 at my Logic 7 headunit to turn on my MS-8 (which itself will turn on another small amp) without using a relay?

Alternate setup question: if I install a Bosch relay (part # 0 332 204 150), can I get my 12V+ from a positive speaker wire?

No, you need a 12V DC source, not a music AC signal source.
