Planning a London tunnel run with E46zone and want to make it as big as possible so would be good to get some more involved!

Bmw London Tunnel Run 24/03/2012

I did say I would make a new topic with all details so here it is.

BMW tunnel run for not only BMW cars or E46's alone but all German motors + friends.

New start/finish point at Crescent, EC3. As long as there are no other cars parked there (unlikely there will be many) there are some decent photo opportunities before heading off. 7pm on the 24/03/2012 and will be starting the terror in the tunnels at 8pm any late coming drivers will be able to catch up on route.

If anyone has any suggestions to where else would be a good tunnel or route to follow please add comments below.

Also if anyone knows London well please lead the pack as i don't have much of a clue and i get lost pretty easy in London
I know we have to hit the Westferry underground roundabout and it's not on that map but we will be heading to it!

Love tunnel runs! Have done a few with the Bristol PH lot, quite a bit of fun esp if you have a sweet sounding V8 motor etc!

Just remember where the scameras are in the Limehouse etc

run can be fun but watch the cameras lot of the city now has specs and gatso on the ceiling of the tunnel so hard to spot. Have fun but stick to the limits. Not mention any large group will get flagged up by mets CCTV so they will be watching you. Just cause you cant see a squad car dont mean they dont know what you up to and they will cut in if they decide to.

Sounds like a recipe for disaster, LOL!!

Only kidding, i bet it will be a blast and I'm only jealous - the R26.R, even with my Titanium exhaust system, makes more of a strange "whooooosh" noise on full chat and the poor little thing would just get drowned out by all the Peco Big Bores you scallywags run!!!

Have a good one anyway and watch out for PC Plod as they will be gunning for you!

You need to decat. and remove the centre resonator box mate.
Then it'll sound like a jet taking off!

Im not up to speed with technical details with cars but won't that bring up warning lights on the dash?? And i assume it would need a remap or setting up properly afterwards??

To be fair i absolutely love the unique noise of the R26.R and the titanium exhaust adds another blend to the sound. I wouldn't want to massively change that.
