depending on the date and cost I might be up for this as well... last dyno was 444ft-lb, 384HP, but that was on 100 octane. I'd like to see what I'm pushing on my de-tuned track tune on 93 octane

Your car is an absolute beast! I'd love to see what your car on 93 octane does compared to Alex's and mine.

LOL - for sure its portable - It weighs so freaking much, they pull it with something approaching (but not quite) a semi rig.

Yeah for sure. I'm thinking its somewhere around 325-335 HP with all the "switches and dials off" - WAY more than enough for a road race course I discovered. I could do a couple passes like that, then jack everything up and see what happens!

BTW, I'm running JB2X with UR catless DP, and single cone intake.

I think my ex had his car dyno'd @ etown. I "heard" that they were overestimating the actual numbers since it was like a big event that day.

Funny you say that - at the track, most of the spec racers wanted to see LOWER numbers so they wouldn't be disqualified from their run group.

Are you planning on getting JB3 when it comes out?

I really hope we find a dyno with a reasonable price so that we can do this comparison. What do you guys think about mustang dynos? My friend forwarded me a promotion that happened in May where a shop offered 3 pulls for $50 on a mustang dyno.

Not initially. I'm happy with what I have now since I've got a pre 29.2 flash. If the dealer ends up flashing the ECU, I will definitely upgrade.

I do like the fact that JB3 holds boost a bit more on the top end for better peak power though!

Nice... so we'd have JB2X, Procede V2, and Helix Attache represented!

M3forum guys did a dyno day @ ICS in CT.

I know its a bit of a drive for most, but the shop is well know and IIRC they gave a good deal to the m3 guys

I was thinking ICS as well but didn't bring it up since it's so far away. I think that shop should be a good alternative to any shops mentioned in this thread so far...

Alright guys, since a few of you have gauged some interest. Id like a good count on who would actually come through. This is a dynojet dyno as some people were concerned with the dynopack. $50 if we get 10 people or more. 3 Pulls and A/F.

We can decide on a date once I have the first ten. This would be on a saturday, of course.

Did you get a baseline yet? If we do get 10 people and it's $50, count me in.

Since there isn't much interest here, another member has suggested ICS for a dyno day that's gotten a few bites.

Depending on the date I would like to go. Not really doing any performance mods on this car but would love to see what it pulled stock.
