Subframe bushing inserts

Anyone with some experience with the various brands to see how it changes the feel of the car.

I was looking at powerflex (black), super pro (SPF), and think there is whiteline too.

ECS carries the first 2, but found it interesting that the super pro is about half price.

any Pros/Cons would help. and also if you just did rear, or if you did both front and rear.

I also plan on installing Eibach sways (front and rear at a different a little later on)

I have only used the OEM M3 subframe bushings(besides stock).

They are a massive improvement, but in hindsight I would have gotten the hardest durometer, if not solid, bushing I could find.

Perhaps you know but the diesels, and I believe the wagons, have different bushings and require different inserts than regular e9x

I have the whiteline inserts (yellow).

Quite frankly, I'd go straight for solid aluminum. Whiteline inserts helped a little bit but 500 wtq still causes the rear to slide around at WOT on my E50 map. But for $50, and DIY, its worth it.

Just for the info, Turner solid aluminum for E90 non-M fit very nicely into my 335 diesel. Inserts could be different.

Any bushings whether solid, derlin or OEM rubber will fit any e9x M or non M subrame, sizewise they are identical.
