I bought a 328i initially also - didn't feel like waiting for a 135i or a 335i to be built. It handled fairly well and had decent power. Then I started getting passed by Audi's all the time on the autobahn, so I traded in for a 335i. JB3 + DCI and I was keeping up with the lower-end Porsches on 120mph-145mph pulls. I miss those days . Now I'm stuck with Hawaii traffic . . .

No other choice, have to sell your 328i to get 335i and warranty should be last long than 328i? It's that right?I dunno lol
