Missus' new Touring

The wife got her new car today. An E91 320d M Sport. The 120d was just a bit cramped with all the baby stuff.

I already had the mods in the garage waiting for it, so I took some photos of it first - and then afterwards when I swapped/cut off a few bits.

Happy enough with the Crimson Red. Meant that we went for the panoramic sunroof with the money saved on Metallic paint.
The short M gear lever is really nice compared to the big long stick in the 120d. Its not as fast as her 120d but it does feel smaller and more compact on the road compared to my coupe.

Spec is: Crimson Red 320d M Sport Touring. Bi-Xenon Lights, Panoramic Sunroof, 18" M Alloys, Sun Protection Glass, Auto Lights and Wipers.
Mods: Black Lines, Chrome Grill, Chrome Exhaust Trim.

Looks fantastic. I have a silver e90 m sport coming in september - can't wait! The mods are spot on - is the chrome grill and the exhaust easy to come by and to fit? What are blacklines?!!

That looks a really smart car, and the mods just add the perfect finishing touches.

I think your coupe likes it also, it seems to be sniffing right up its rear end:

I think they are the darkened rear lights (the bits that are usually white for the indicators). There is much talk about them on here!

Looks awesome with the blacklines and the new exhaust pipe. And I think a black grill would have looks even better

Looks great, not a big fan of the chrome grilles. I`ve just re-fitted mine today before it goes next week.

Looks good - tbh I ddn't think the red would look good and I'm still not sure.

What exhaust tip is that/how does it fit?

The sun protection glass - is that a BMW factory option? It looks quite dark!

Hi,

The car looks absolutely stunning in red.

I for one love the chrome grills, all black ones look a little too much for me, just my opinion.

I am thinking of ordering a white 330i M Sport Tourer Auto with Terra leather, pro nav, bluetooth, sun pro glass,6FL,Xenons,storage pack, lugg pack, heated seats, front pdc and mats.

What do you goys think of my choice?

I honestly wasn't sure about a white one when I was looking - looks good on some of the pictures I'd seen of e90s in the states, but not sure about over here. I was worried it might look a little bit "taxi cab".

I thought that for a white one to have the overall right look, you'd HAVE to have the 18" spider alloys, or some other bigger alloy, so that it shouts "definitely NOT a Taxi".

Only seen one picture of a white M-Sport and never seen one in the flesh, so I'll be the first to admit it if I'm wrong, but I'm just not sure...

You've a silver one in your avatar, not fond of that either - too light. Can't make my mind up about Le Mans, Black looks stunning (when clean) and SG looks really good, especially on an M-Sport e91 (I am biased thought). I wouldn't choose SG over Black if you're worried about keeping it clean, SG is just as bad for streaking etc.

Great looking car. Just makes the wait for mine harder.

Took a cruise past the PDI centre today and aside from it being above the flood waters there was also a silver E91 tucked away in one corner

I got all of the mods on German Ebay. All OEM parts and a lot cheaper than the UK prices. The blacklines are the taillights that are slightly smoked and get rid of the red/orange indicators.

I had seen the red recently on a saloon and really liked it. Quite close to the Imola Red on the E46. Also tis a bit different too.
The exhaust tip is meant for the 320d with particulate filter which has a straight exhaust. I just had to angle grind the turned down snout off and then slide the chrome tip over it.

The sun proctection glass is factory fitted and seems to be a lot darker than my coupe's glass. I find that the coupe glass is not dark enough.

Yep, both cars came from Chandlers Worthing. I got 11.5% discount off the coupe and 13.5% off the touring.
