All headers for an I6 engine will look the same......all I6 engines have the same basic layout.
So headers WILL look like they will fit, however unless you do measuring, you cannot be sure. If you have a friend with an E46, measure the ports that connect to the headers. If they are the same, you can sue them. You can always fabricate your own mounting system. But at this point, why do you want to risk having the system fail on you? When other companies have put tons of money into R&D for the fitment and performance of headers? Like supersprint. I wanna say OBX but their fitment is not bolt on....That's something they should have put more time in researching..... |

I can tell right off the bat that the E90 headers you linked to have rounded ports, the E46 ones are ovular.

btw, in the US, the 2006 3 series COUPE was still the E46, while the 2006 3 series sedans were the E90. so that's why it says compatible with a 2006.
And while the headers look similar, like said above, there are most likely some minor dimensional differences. The clearance for the exhaust manifold is very tight on the E90, so you don't have much room to play with. I can already see the E46 headers have a slight bend right before the exhaust mounting flange, while the E90s are straight all the way to the flange. |

They are either BSing you or are confusing your car with the E46 which stopped production in late '05. But some were sold as '06 models. |

OBX headers are a headache if YOU are the one doing the work. Having a performance shop install them even with the labor will still be cheaper than buying SS headers new. If you're set on going down this road, get AA's flash and specify in the comments that you need the "off road" flash so you can maximize the gains from the headers. They'll know you have headers if you state this.
The N52 and M54 share absolutely nothing in common in design or dimensions on the exhaust side of the engine. These headers from ebay won't work, period.
