window not dropping when closing after battery disconnected

Hi Guys
After fitting the M3 paddles(disconnected the battery for a hour) today the window drop/pinch has stopped opperating on my drivers side door.
Looked around on the web but not managed to get any of the things to work so far.
Any of you had this problem and managed to sort it?

Lock the car and unlock - open door - window should drop couple mm
same thing happen to me when I disconnected battery

Sorted
lowered it all the way and put it back up holding it in the up position or 10 seconds.
