weak AC system?

Anyone think our AC systems are pretty weak during hot summers? I am living in Davis/Sacramento where summer can exceed 110F easily.

Live in the same area and mine is fine when recharged/at proper capacity.

really. I did a recharge in a shop but it's still pretty weak. It will only starts to cool down after at least 20 mins, or even more.

petrol e9x cars have problem with high pressure pipe going near engine exhaust which fails during continious heating and cooling
second reason is that n52 ac compressor enabled all time and pressure regulated using valve in compressor
third reason that dust is collected in a radiator cartridge between ac radiator and main radiator, this lead pressure above strain valve limit and ac circuit loses refrigerant
so you can make as many echarges as you want but until you fix all system you will not get instant cooling
the number of the petrol e9x cars in a world production is much smaller than diesel and diesel car do not have such hot exaust
