will a 275 tire rub
I have a 2008 335i convertible with sport package 19" wheels. BMW wheel style 230.
My set up now is: 225/35/19 front 255/30/19 rear Would 275/30/19 on the back rub and or cause the speedo to read incorrect? Thanks in advance. |

It seems most 275's do not rub, however some do. It depends on the tire brand as well as your suspension (whether you're lowered or not). I can tell you Toyo R888 at a 275, on a 9.5 inch wheel does rub on an e92 with Sport Suspension. As for the speedo, there's a handy calculator just above your post on this page. Plug in all the relevant information and you'll see just how far off the speedo will be.

The tires in question would be the Hankook Ventus V12 on a stock sport suspension (not lowered). |

The Sport suspension is lowered by 15mm versus standard, as far as I know.
