back to topic...i just filled air in my tire and it just popped back in place. do i nee to blance it again??? should i continue running this tire???

No... your tires are way too small for the rim. You will lose the lock between the tire and the rim more if you continue to run it. I know the stretched look is nice, but is it worth it to deal with this happening regularly???

If you go a tire size smaller than recommended you should be fine... Just get some new tires and go 10mm less than suggested...

well the fact that this happened once, means it could happen again, so probably best to get new tires.

I've never understood this tire stretching fad. If you stretch them won't it cause accelerated wear, possibly wear patterns unanticipated by the manufacturer and constantly be in more danger of rolling the wheel over the rubber during cornering?

Stretching a tire will not affect tire wear alignment will.
