I'm not the type of guy who likes to buy new...i really like the BMW Certified Pre-Owned plan...i've used it before without issue. This time i'm looking in Ontario as well as QC and found this...

I'm looking at a fully loaded late 2009 335I xDrive, manual, with 20,000KM (Nav, MSport, Audiophile, Executive) for $43k.

Black book retail on a '09 335xi non-auto coupe w/ leather, sport, exec, navi, and premium would be about $34,800 (trade-in $30,900) so you are paying about a $8,200 premium for CPO in this case. You would also expect to pay a bit of a premium for the low km.

Whether it's worth it to you is a personal call, but IMHO if you can find the same car privately non-CPO it will still have plenty of factory warranty left on it and you will have $8k burning a hole in your pocket. If you do go CPO go in there with a printout of the black book on the car and some other comparables and make sure to beat them up for as much as you can in terms of a dealer discount especially given how much they are discounting new nowadays.
