MHD dyno numbers are in!

Can't say enough about how impressed I am at these OTS maps. The following is a Stage 1+ tune, only power mods on the car are BMW PE and ETS 5" intercooler. Phenomenal return on investment on the MHD tunes - to think I was ready to plunk down serious cash for a Dinan stage 2 tune!

Nice numbers! Downpipes will open up another 15-20whp. No baseline? Standalone numbers aren't very useful for comparing against other tunes.

No cat-less downpipes for me. I like to breathe clean air ;-). I considered doing a stock pull as well, but it takes time to flash back to stock and I didn't want to eat up dyno time. I'm pretty happy with these numbers - a bit more fine tuning and perhaps a custom tune down the road to nudge a bot more out of pump gas and catted downpipes.

Right around 16 psi. I'm got logs of all the dyno runs, just need to clean them them up a bit since we kept forgetting to turn off the logging after the pull.

fuel? I'm assuming 93, I don't think our cars can run those power/boost numbers without more octane than 91 provides

Awesome numbers. I'm also in NC and have just regular stage 1 MHD and have been considering going into national speed and doing a baseline run and then 2 runs with the stage 1 to get some actual numbers.

How many miles are on your car and have you had walnut blasting done?

Or he's got very good 91 octane ? We get 400+ whp out of 93 octane here in South Florida on healthy FBO cars. My Z4 is almost 400 whp stock, tuned for 93 octane. It all depends on the quality of fuel, mods and health of the car

It's an entirely different game when tuning flash only

I can't even run a standard burger pump flash on map 2 FBO with shitty Cali 91

I'll see what their MHD backend looks like once I get this thing thru smog and back on the tune

I don't have cat-less downpipes and I am running the E40 tune. Everyone seem to think my logs look good, so you might want to look into that for more power.

Yes, plain old 93 Shell pump gas.

I'm right at 51k, had a walnut blast done at 42k. New NGK plug .. I keep my car in tip-top shape pretty much all the time. I'm OCD ;-).

To be clear, are you adding E85 to get to E40 or are you simply running the tune with 93 pump gas (didn't think this was possible)?
