Intermittent audio silence

I am now experiencing intermittent audio silence in my 06 e90

The car has iDrive Pro.

Any ideas?

If your battery is low the IBS system will turn off
non essential items.

Read the ibs section in the first pdf.

If its the original battery you got your moneys worth.

Thanks for the links.

I have a feeling that my Hands-Free MULF2 has failed. I replaced the original in 2014 at a substantial cost. The Bluetooth no longer works which seems consistent with a failed MULF2 failure.

You could try a most jumper or reroute the Most
Bus to to bypass the Mulf to verify.
I have to agree with your review about the e46
being more solid.
I have an 06 e91 and have had the ELV failure and
the passenger seat sensor failure. Seat Belt Sensor
covered under recall bit it on the other one.
