Air scoops -where in the UK ?

Has anyone purchased Black Air scoops for an E92 335d LCI in the UK ?

Where did you get them from ?
what was the quality like ?

I used to have Macht Schnell black plastic ones on my 135i but can't get them in the UK now and I liked them a lot.

What other suggestions doe you have for me to try ?

Cyba every time. That UK price is outragous!

And for what it's worth I think any scoops are little better than eye candy. Unless someone can show me before and after dyno readings of course...

Agree, it is more about eye candy IMO, mine look great

I run without the factory airbox, so their is no 'sucking' into the ducts anymore, so lifting and diverting air into the duct is a bonus in that case.

Worth noting that both the MS and CA scoops (as well as being overpriced) make no allowance for driving in heavy rain. The Cyba scoops have cut-outs towards the rear, through which the water can bleed off and avoid being sucked into the filter.

I'd though about the rain issue, but the RPI ones are made in LA, where it never rains of course!

Cyba ones do seem a bargain!

It a good point but I never has issues with that in the 135i and drove in some very heavy rain. Its quite a long path to the filter and even it it gets to the airbox it will sit in the bottom below the filter. If its like the 135i airbox on the 335d there will be a small drain hole for this reason
