Best place for DD diffuser? *Updated!*
I'm currently looking into buying a Duke Dynamics finned quad diffuser for my E92. Only thing is, I'm uncertain on where to get one. I know Bimmerkit has them for sale but I've read many negative reviews on them that ended up in the customer getting screwed over with terrible customer service and negligence. On top of that, the notorious hit or miss fitment with each diffuser.
Has anyone ever ordered from DD directly? Any other places any one has got them from with no problems? Just trying to get some insight from people that have purchased DD products with no problems. Thanks! UPDATE #3 Cyba tips installed. PG.3 UPDATE #2! What all of you have been waiting for! Picked up the car Saturday Everything looks great. Paint is color matched, diffuser didn't give any problems. Fitment: 9/10. The shop did an amazing job with the custom exhaust (muffler delete). Sounds orgasmic. STILL haven't received my Cyba quad tips So I just told the shop to weld in double walled tips. I don't think they look bad at all. Just some quick iPhone shots for now. I'll give you guys some detailed shots later this week. Gonna wait until I get some more stuff to get a real photo shoot. And here's a little shot I got with the iPhone that I thought came out pretty cool. Wheel gap will be gone soon UPDATE! Got my diffuser today and it looks absolutely amazing. Took a week to get here and packaging was great. No flaws on it whatsoever. Now just waiting for my Cyba tips and everything will put on Sorry for the big pics. Taken with my iPhone. First time ever I've heard someone recommend Bimmerkit and say to stay away from LTBMW
What are you reasons for this? From what I've read around here, LTBMW has way more extensive customer reviews than some of the horror stories I've heard from Bimmerkit. |

That was complete shit lol email them and no one responds so i decide to call each day and the same fobby guy says its not ready yet, they are back ordered as well and just keep bullshitting saying the next day and the next day it will be ready. Its august 7th now and no one responded to the emails and calls. Basically even if you order directly with them you wont get it anytime sooner than another vendor. I personall would rather deal with LTBMW or someone close cause the guys at bimmerkit are fobby and dont have customer service at all... |

Update: Sean just from DD just replied my message and gave me all the info. Maybe I was just too paranoid and skeptical with the stories I've heard from other people. But so far so good. Hopefully I get it in the next few days as they ship express.
Then comes the next scare: Fitment |

Bimmerkit is DD. it takes a while to get the parts but once you received it and installed on your car, it looks amazing. Dont be too scared about fitment. No 3rd party parts fit correctly. I give DD 9/10 fitment.

Luckily the diffuser I wanted was in stock so it was shipped the next day. Most of the delay stories I hear are because they had to wait for the part to be molded. Sean told it should be here by this week. Can't wait. Will post pics when I receive it considering all goes well.
