It only applies to a corporate fleet or business expense

I'm currently paying $650 inlcuding tax (around 9.7%) on a 36 months lease with 15k miles per year on 2011 E92 335i with MSRP of $55,450. I put zero down on my lease.

Hi Guys,
I'm new to leasing, can someone please tell me if this is a good deal?
I thought it is a good deal but my cousin said that for $511 it is not,
I'm looking for a second opinion.

BMW 335i Coupe/LeMansBlue/Convenience/MSportPkg/Nav/BMWApps/RubberFloormats
39 Mo/ 10K miles
Monthly Payment - $511
Down - 4000
BMW Rebate - 1500
MSRP - 53011
Selling Price - 50460
Fees - 518
Tax - 4422 (8.75%) Los Angeles County
Residual - 62%

Thanks..

Crzo95 - do not put $4000 down. Your lease actually works out close to $655 per month with no money down (that includes the 8.75% sales tax). You are better off investing the $4000 rather than giving it to BMW plus if you wreck the car you are out that money.

I would counter with $600 with zero down with the mindset of reaching agreement at $625 per month with zero down.
