I don't think they stock much and have it drop shipped from the manufacturer or another distributor.

I'm content with my service. Like stated, UPS doesn't operate on weekends...and I assume it was sent VIA UPS Ground, which does lag a little bit. I've sent a package VIA UPS Ground from Burbank to L.A., about 15 miles apart and that took 3 business days to complete.

makes sense. i've never had a problem with **********s as a whole. any time i've ever contacted them, both mike and ron have been nothing but helpful... Don on the other hand, he seems to have kind of a bad attitude... but 2/3 ain't bad.

yeah thats like... if you ever order anything from newegg.com... if you order before 10AM and you are in CA you will almost guaranteed get it the same day. but you have to cut **********s some slack, they don't control what UPS or whatever carrier they use does with their shipments, and I highly doubt they are telling customers they are shipping things out and then not... that's not indicative of the character of the gentlemen running the company.

noone understand what i stated read my whole statement. it wasent that i waited for ups or waiting too long. the item that i was billed for was never shipped to my house, it was shipped to someone elses house and noone from **********s responded to me when i wanted a refund untill i made this post. its funny how they didnt wanna contact me till shit hit the fan

I just wanted to say +1 for Ron************. There was a delivery issue on a set of shocks that I ordered and he stepped up to make sure that the issue was resolved right away.
Great customer service on his part My suggestion to the OP: in the future, don't hesitate to PM Ron directly instead of creating a thread like this. He's a great guy and is definitely interested in customer satisfaction. Shipping mistakes happen ALL THE TIME...it's how they step up and handle them that counts. |
