E93 window problems

The buttons on the driver side for my windows and mirrors stopped working. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. I'm able to use the passenger side button for the window and I'm able to use the button to take my roof off which takes down my driver window. So I know it's not the motor and/or a fuse. Any ideas? I'm clueless.

Based on your analysis it should be obvious the fault is with the buttons wiring.
Either the wiring from the buttons is gone
Or both have seemingly failed at the same time.
