E85 or methanol kit

I'm debating which one to use... Methanol or e85? I have a jb4 and I'm running on map 5 cause we only have 91 pump here...

if you have E85 pumps near you i would first try that. u need to mix it though, you cant run it straight. start with E30 and see how the car likes it on map 5

What's a safe mixture that does not ruin the fuel lines?

the problem is not the fuel lines but your lpfp wont be able to push enough fuel. so start with E30 or E40.

That basically means the mix of e85 with gas. The more gas the lower the content of E85. E30 is basically 30% ethanol and 70% gas

I would start with E30 or E40 as enrita said. Mixing in ethanol will provide more gains than methanol injection. Add meth and you get IAT cooling

I would start with E30 if you are going to try an ethanol mix. My 335 was maxed on fuel trims with a JB4, map 5 and E30.

Yeah mine for example leans out after 6k on E50 and trims shoots to 34%. Low fuel pressure drops there from 72psi to 50psi. gonna soon upgrade the lpfp with the Walbro E85

I will just put 30% e85 and 70% 91 pump to be on the safe side

my best time tune dci only on 93 was 13.33
I went to e85 40% mix and ran 12.43 at 112

so I'd say e85 ftw
