VOSS DRL LED Halo Installer in Tampa or Orlando?

I'm not happy w my Mtec LED DRL Halo's. They're not bright enough.
Who makes the best DRL's? Voss? Who can install the Voss ones that u have to take apart the headlight for ? are there any other alternatives that dont require taking apart the headlight and are super bright?
