Gutted - Le Mans Blue GritChip Mother Fracker

Rubbish drive back from a funeral there - bloomin gritter joined a dual carraigeway as we were all in full flow. I would normally hang back and go by with a wide berth but had to pass this one....fracking serious chip right down to the metal in the middle of the middle of bonnet.

What the hell?

Is our paint that thin, or are the councils still putting dodgy amounts of crushed brick in the grit mix??

What's my best plan of action here for repair?

Take it to BMW?

Order a touch up kit - from where?

Seriously miffed after washing it and using dodo juice red mist on it, well pampered.

And to top it off the west coast is super mild just now, 5degrees showing on the car wtf!

All you can really do apart from repainting the entire panel is to touch it in......I've sufered the same recently too.
