Lease started 1/1/09 - 36 months - 12k miles/year - has 14300 miles on it now (almost 2000 miles ahead of the lease mileage). I just bought a bike so it basically sits in the driveway

The reason the payment is so low is that I traded in a care that I was up almost $10k equity in - I know the normal idea is to take the cash and pay a higher payment but I didnt want to do that - I just wanted the low payment.

Should make this an easier sale for someone as it is a $45k car for $338/mo for the next 2 years - very good deal!

nice price but you might want to post what you are looking to get back in cash for it also... chances are if its more than a few grand you're not gonna find anyone since most people don't throw down much on a lease swap.

The exact payment is $337.xx per month. The lease buyout as of today is $31375 (or $24615 when the lease is up in 20 months). I would like to move this ASAP as I am trying to get into a new car within the next month.

KBB on the car is about $34000 - so I am asking for $2000 cash to make the trade. Please contact BMW financial for approval for the lease. This is an extremely attractive package for someone to get into a lease for a VERY low payment.

Very interesting. Buyers beware. This guy and I negotiated a deal and then he just began to ignore me without any notice. Ignored several several PM's, emails and voicemails, after we were in discussions over the course of a few weeks. Didn't seem serious about selling the car.

My car deal fell through (it was a painful process) and it turned out I needed it. I apologize for not communicating that better. You are right though - I definately was not ready then to pull the trigger - things have changed and I am getting ready to buy a house (condo actually) and I need to get into something less expensive. I have a new car lined up this time, which wasnt the case before.

I actaully almost traded it in at the dealership today but of course I was lowballed by 3 or 4 grand for a trade so I figured I would try here
